E-Filing in District Court
District Court is now live for accepting court documents electronically via the eFileWA website. Please go to https://efilewa.tylertech.cloud/OfsEfsp/ui/landing to create and register for your account. Please note as of July 1, 2026 efile will be mandatory for all attorneys filing with District Court. If you are a self-represented participant in a case you may also register for your own account to file documents with the court.
Online Payments
Need to make a payment? You can make a payment via the Defendant Access link. You will be able to look up your case using your Citation Number and Date of Birth, or Driver’s License number.
